It's time for a market update! I have compiled all the information from the last 60 days and compared it to the same 60 day period last year. I think you will be pleasantly surprised with what I found!

As you can see, each of these cities in Johnson County has increased compared to last year. This is good news! And as we interpret this data, we see that this means that last year was the bottom of our local real estate market. Home sales are on the rise! If you have been on the fence about buying a home, now is the time to jump off the fence! Why wait until home prices have gone back up? Take advantage of the great home prices while you still can.
